Attendance

If a cadet is unable to attend a training night, or an activity they signed up for, they are expected to notify the Squadron prior to the event’s start.  The best method of notification is to e-mail cadetnews699@yahoo.ca

Alternatively, they can call the Squadron phone at 780-995-5415 - leave a message if no one answers.

IMPORTANT
Annual General Meeting
for Parents (SSC)

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Squadron Sponsoring Committee (SSC) will occur on May 29th, 2024 @ 7:00 pm.

  • This meeting will be held online and an email with access instructions will be sent out 48 hours before the meeting.

  • The meeting will include important events like the budget and cost approvals and electing next year's executive.

  • With around 150 cadets in the squadron there are over 200 parents and guardians who should be attending; yet many years we have had difficulty reaching quorum. We need parents to attend and more to be active in the SSC.

  • Your involvement and support for the SSC directly impact the quality of your cadet's experience. Parents, like cadets, need to participate if the squadron is to be successful.

See you at the meeting,

Shane Fraser - SSC Chair
